Established in 2005, we are proudly RTO and CRICOS registered, delivering industry-relevant programs designed to equip students with practical skills for career success.
Our dedicated teachers and administrators are highly qualified professionals with extensive industry experience, committed to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
As part of a reputable academic group, we bring over 50 years of collective teaching expertise, ensuring a dynamic and enriching educational experience. Located in the heart of Sydney’s central business district, our VET and English campuses offer a welcoming, multicultural setting for both local and international students.
Our Student Services Officers are known for their exceptional support, providing friendly and efficient assistance in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, Thai, Mandarin, Greek, Korean, Tagalog, German, Dutch, Czech, and Slovak. Chief Executive Officer
A dynamic and results-driven CEO, Jake brings extensive leadership experience in finance, accounting, and business management across higher education, insurance, and technology sectors. A strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning, management accounting, payroll, and variance analysis. A licensed Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and CPA Australia member, committed to driving operational excellence, financial sustainability, and educational growth. Jake is passionate about fostering innovation, industry collaboration, and student success in the ever-evolving education landscape.

Vanessa Wen
Director of Studies
(VET)
A dedicated and results-driven Director of Studies (VET), Vanessa brings extensive experience in course coordination, curriculum development, and student engagement. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, she works closely with trainers and students to optimise learning outcomes and enhance the overall educational experience. With a passion for vocational education, Vanessa ensures high-quality program delivery while fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment.

Savvas Papandony
Director of Studies (ELICOS)
A highly accomplished and passionate Director of Studies (ELICOS). Savvas is dedicated to academic excellence in English language education. With extensive experience in curriculum design, assessment development, and teacher mentoring, he plays a pivotal role in shaping high-quality language programs. A trusted academic advisor and Speaking Assessor, he is committed to supporting students in achieving their educational goals while driving innovation and excellence in language instruction.

Vicky Shen
Student Services Officer
An integral part of KOIC, Vicky plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication and operations across the institution. As the first point of contact for students and guests, she creates a welcoming and professional environment while effectively liaising with supervisors, teachers, and trainers. With a strong background in administration and student support, Vicky is committed to maintaining efficiency, enhancing student engagement, and streamlining processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Louis Kim
Marketing Manager
A strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager, Louis brings extensive experience in brand development, student recruitment and digital engagement within the education sector. With a strong commitment to growth and student outreach, he works closely with leadership and academic teams to strengthen market presence and optimise recruitment strategies across domestic and international markets.

Compliance Manager
A dedicated and detail-driven Compliance Manager, Abbey brings extensive experience in regulatory governance, quality assurance and vocational education compliance. With a strong commitment to integrity and continuous improvement, she works closely with leadership and academic teams to strengthen systems, enhance audit readiness and ensure training and assessment practices meet national standards.

King’s Own International College provides a welcoming and comfortable environment where students can study, collaborate and unwind. Our campus features three dedicated self-study common areas, a breakout space for downtime between classes, and a fully equipped student kitchen with fridge, microwaves, filtered water, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee.
KOIC’s computer facilities are equipped with the latest technology and industry-relevant software, with sufficient terminals to meet student needs. WiFi is available throughout the campus, ensuring seamless connectivity for learning and research. Each trimester, students receive a generous complimentary data allowance to support their online study requirements.
