  • At KOIC, we want to ensure you are set up for success from the very beginning. Before we confirm your enrolment, all students complete a Pre-Enrolment Suitability Check designed to confirm that your chosen course is the right fit for your goals, skills, and experience.

This process may include a short language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment, a review of your prior education or work experience, and a discussion about your study objectives and support needs if required. It helps us understand how best to support you throughout your course and ensures you are enrolling in a program that matches your capabilities.

Once you submit your application, one of our team members will be in touch to  guide you through the process.

  • Once you have successfully completed your Application and Pre-Enrolment Suitability Check, KOIC will issue you with a Letter of Offer outlining the details of your enrolment.

    • Your selected course and duration

    • Start dates and study location

    • Tuition fees and payment terms

    • Any entry requirements or conditions of enrolment

    • Key policies and student responsibilities

The Letter of Offer ensures you have a clear understanding of your course and obligations before you commit. You will have the opportunity to review all details, ask questions, and confirm your acceptance before proceeding with enrolment.

To accept your place, simply follow the instructions provided in your offer and return the signed agreement along with any required documentation.

  • At KOIC, your success is our priority. If the Pre-Enrolment Suitability Check identifies that your chosen course may not be the best fit at this time, we will work with you to explore alternative pathways.

    This may include:

    • Recommending a more suitable course within KOIC

    • Suggesting preparatory programs such as English language or foundation studies

    • Referring you to a trusted partner provider where appropriate.
